Today is THE Day...

First things first, Push Play, turn up the volume... and read with some background music!!



So today is the day. We are ALL packed, car is loaded up and I'm sitting here doing nothing for 30 minutes till check out. Michael is a bit spastic, but he is just walking back and forth doing nonsensical things. Moving jackets, picking up trash, and just all around...anxious. He gets this way, I have to stay calm or I will drive myself crazy making sure we have everything in order (which we do, because I put it all there. We have called all our family memebers and said goodbye on the phone. (has the music made anyone cry yet?) Fayne should be here soon for lunch and we will go do that and head to the airport, the plan is Michael is going to drop me off at the terminal and leave me there while he takes back the rental car. We have way too muh luggage to try to get it all on the bus shuttle to take us to the airport. Then we will check in, have some coffee/or wine and wait to board. We may have some weather issues but we should make it out before they hit. Dallas is suppose to get icy tonight, but shouldn't be a problem at 5:50pm. Chicago is getting some cold weather as well with snow and ice, but hopefully it wont hit before we leave at 10:00. I guess we will find out soon. If we get delayed, no biggie, we aren't loosing a day on a fun trip. I'm pretty calm bout the whole thing (Michael tried to sit for a moment, stood back up and said he couldn't)
