From Denmark with Love - We Bring You Snow

OH NEJ!!!!

Stupid stupid weather.

Before leaving Denmark we checked the temps and we weren't seeing anything below about 65 degrees. AWESOME! That's like summertime in Denmark!

So, we were suprised when yesterday Dallas was dark, gloomy, rainy and hail-y. As the day went on it got colder and the rain got more solid. Last night we went out with Kelly and James. When we arrived at the bar, it was already snowing a little bit, but when we left, we came out to this:

Now, I know you must be thinking, come on...you live in Denmark. Aren't you use to the cold? Yes, we are. It IS cold outside, but not any colder than it has been in Denmark all winter long. The problem is, we didn't bring ANY warm clothes!! I have 1 long sleeve shirt and lots of little cute t-shirts and skirts. Neither of us have a jacket/coat worthy of keeping any kind of heat on our bodies. Hopefully this will pass by the end of the day or tomorrow :)

We have gotten a ton of emails and people have asked us in talking if we brought this weather with us. I suppose we did! :)

Last year I went to Dallas for Easter. And it snowed! I was completely unprepared, and had to wear my Mom's coats. Texas weather is sneaky for sure. I remember being in El Paso and it would be sunny in the front yard, and hailing in the back yard. Hop you have fun in TX!

hahahahaha!!! Hopefully today is better, we had the same thing come through here. 70 sunday and snow on Monday.
The true test will be....go to EP and if it snows on you there, then you can say it was you who brought it with you, until then chock it up to the crazy Texas weather!!

BTW, my mom called me last night to inform me that you were in Texas.....had to laugh, I said I know. She must have talked to Melissa.

Hi Nicole
I guees you didn't bring all the snow to Dallas since it has been snowing in the Copenhagen area as well today (an properly the rest of Denmakr). But nothing like your picture, here it was gone half an hour after the snow stopped falling..
Keep warm :-)

El Paso is supposed to be warm and sunny on Saturday -- 70 degrees or so! But today was cold and more of the same tomorrow. We had the fireplace going for a little extra warmth!
